Wealth Holding's ambitious expansion plan for 2026 includes launching several new real estate projects in the Egyptian market, while also exploring regional and international expansion opportunities. The strategy focuses on diversifying its investment portfolio and geographical reach, alongside offering innovative real estate products that keep pace with the latest global developments in design and technology. Mohamed Mamdouh, the company's CEO and Managing Director, highlighted that 2026 marks a pivotal phase for Wealth Holding. The company aims to introduce diverse projects in strategic areas across West and East Cairo, in addition to developing its existing projects. This move will strengthen its position as a key player in the Egyptian real estate market and support Egypt's urban renaissance goals. Mamdouh explained that the company's strategy is built on innovation and excellence, delivering unconventional projects that feature modern design, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and smart technology. The plan also involves integrating hotel operations into some projects, aligning with the state's drive to boost hotel capacity and maximize returns from the tourism sector. He affirmed that the execution rates for Wealth Holding's projects are progressing at an accelerated and unprecedented pace. This is supported by a comprehensive project management system that includes top engineering expertise and specialized execution and consulting firms, all while adhering to timelines and quality standards to enhance client and partner trust and achieve the highest quality benchmarks. As part of this plan, the company recently launched the Citra Residence project in New Sheikh Zayed, spanning nearly 30 acres, with about 85% of the area dedicated to green spaces and landscaping, creating a sustainable and tranquil residential environment. The project features diverse residential units designed according to the latest architectural standards, complete with integrated services, recreational, and commercial areas to offer an advanced living experience in West Cairo. The company is also continuing to implement prominent projects within its investment portfolio, including the Jeval Complex in the New Administrative Capital, a mixed-use project featuring commercial, administrative, and medical activities, as well as the Once Mall project in New Cairo, which provides an advanced shopping and services experience in the Fifth Settlement. Mamdouh noted that the company's over 23 years of experience in real estate development have enabled Wealth Holding to deliver high-quality residential, commercial, and investment projects, with a focus on innovation and applying the latest global standards in design, sustainability, and technology. He added that the West Cairo area has become one of the most attractive regions for real estate investment, especially after the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum, the development of infrastructure, and the launch of new cities. This aligns with the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030 to achieve sustainable urban development and offer a comprehensive real estate product that combines quality with long-term investment value.
