Maha Abdel Razek, CEO of Misr Asset Management, shared that the company is committed to expanding its services through digital platforms. She emphasized that technology has become a key player in managing and operating real estate assets, as it helps improve service quality, makes operations more efficient, and cuts down costs, all of which leads to happier customers. She added that the "Misrrea" app will let customers easily keep track of all their property details electronically. This includes financial dues, arrears, expenses, returns, and maintenance work. Plus, it will offer convenient electronic payment options through various methods. The app will also allow users to submit maintenance requests and follow their progress, communicate with the company, and renew contracts. On top of that, customers can stay updated on new property listings and even participate in them through the online platform, creating a complete digital channel for all sorts of services. Abdel Razek confirmed that the app fully supports automating the entire service cycle, from receiving a request to its completion. This provides a precise database that helps the company measure performance indicators, improve service quality, make smarter marketing decisions, and also speed up communication with customers while lowering service costs. She noted that the app's development is a collaborative effort with Pewoot Electronic Software, a company specializing in software development, property management systems, and smartphone applications. Pewoot offers comprehensive solutions for electronic asset management and has partnerships with several banks to provide electronic collection and payment services. Finally, she highlighted that Misr Asset Management manages one of the largest real estate portfolios in the Egyptian market. This portfolio includes hundreds of properties with unique architectural styles, mostly located in Khedivial Cairo and downtown Alexandria. The company serves over 13,000 clients, including owners and tenants, which further drives its push towards relying more on digital solutions to manage its operations and enhance its services.
