Egyptian entrepreneur Engineer Mohamed Aboul Naga Nagati has called for the creation of a unified digital platform to organize real estate and car buying and selling operations. He envisions all financial transactions being conducted electronically through this platform, seamlessly linked with relevant government entities. This initiative aims to boost financial inclusion and reduce the volume of cash transactions outside the official system. Nagati explained in a Facebook post that the proposed platform could initially focus on the real estate and automotive sectors. He highlighted that processing the full transaction value through banks and linking it to ownership transfer procedures and tax payments would help close existing loopholes associated with traditional transactions.
