Raya Holding for Financial Investments has approved the establishment of a new company specializing in shared workspace management. This move reflects the group's strategy to expand into real estate asset management activities and offer modern work solutions, which are growing in the Egyptian market. According to the decision, Raya for Building Construction and Management – a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raya Holding – will oversee the establishment of this new entity, named "Raya for Shared Workspaces Management," and will hold the majority stake in its ownership structure. According to the announced details, Raya for Building Construction and Management will acquire 98% of the new company's shares. Raya Holding for Financial Investments will own 1%, and Raya Systems will also hold 1% of the capital. The new company's issued capital is approximately 2 million Egyptian Pounds upon establishment, with paid-up capital reaching 500,000 Egyptian Pounds. The establishment of this new company is part of Raya Holding's strategy to expand its activities and services related to real estate asset management and operation. It specifically focuses on shared workspaces, which are seeing increasing growth as startups expand and flexible work models become more common. This new entity is expected to boost the group's service portfolio by offering integrated solutions for managing and operating modern workspaces. This will support the growing demand for collaborative work environments that provide both operational flexibility and cost reduction for businesses and entrepreneurs. This expansion comes as Raya Holding for Financial Investments continues to achieve strong growth in its business results. The company recorded total revenues of approximately 63.839 billion Egyptian Pounds in 2025, marking an annual growth of 41.5% compared to 2024.
