Nawy's Ramadan Campaign: Turn Your Empty Home into a Smart Investment!

Nawy, the real estate platform, has just kicked off a brand-new campaign for Ramadan, playfully titled "We'll Finish Your Closed Home for Free." The main goal is to breathe life into unused residential units and transform them into genuine investment opportunities. This initiative comes at a time when the market is seeing a big jump in rental demand, while many people, even those with higher incomes, are finding it harder to buy their own homes. Mustafa Elbeltagy, Nawy's Co-founder and CEO, explained that there are tons of closed units sitting empty in residential compounds, even though rental demand is really high. This situation inspired the company to create new products designed to help people effectively invest in these assets. Nawy had previously launched its "Nawy Unlocked" program, which allowed customers to fund up to 50% of a unit's finishing costs in exchange for 50% of the rental income. This model later grew with "Nawy Now," where the company's financing arm covers the remaining finishing costs, meaning customers can get their units finished without any upfront payments. This new Ramadan campaign takes things a step further by offering to fully finish closed units at no direct cost to the owner. In return, Nawy receives the rental income for five years. The initiative aims to boost the value of real estate assets and empower customers to earn future returns, whether through renting, reselling, or even using the property themselves later on. This special campaign includes a selection of prime residential compounds, such as New Giza, Palm Hills Golf Views, Golf Extension, Lakeview Residence 1, and Villette Eastown Mivida. Just a heads-up, this offer is available for a limited time and applies only to specific projects.
