He also pointed out that a good consultant's role goes way beyond just providing drawings. He added that a great consultant helps reduce modifications during execution, keeps costs in check, saves time, and ultimately boosts the overall quality of the project. Dr. Walid Sweida emphasized that real estate developers shouldn't just look for the lowest price when picking an engineering consulting firm. Instead, they should be searching for a true partner who can protect their investments.
