Industrial companies are increasingly turning to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance customer experience and boost operational efficiency, especially with the growing reliance on digital solutions across various sectors.

WideBot, a company specializing in AI solutions, has announced a new partnership with Simplex. This collaboration aims to strengthen customer communication systems using AI technologies, coinciding with the opening of Simplex's latest factory in 10th of Ramadan City.

Under this partnership, WideBot will provide its solutions based on the AQL Large Language Model. This will enable Simplex to build a smarter and smoother communication experience with its customers by improving response times and enhancing interaction quality, ultimately supporting operational efficiency and elevating customer experience.

WideBot offers AI solutions tailored for governments and businesses in the Middle East and North Africa region. Their goal is to improve operational processes, develop customer experience, and foster innovation by leveraging generative AI technologies.

This partnership comes as Simplex continues its industrial expansion. The company recently opened its newest factory in 10th of Ramadan City, spanning 40,000 square meters with investments totaling $50 million.

Simplex is one of Egypt's leading emerging companies specializing in the assembly and manufacturing technology of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. Over recent years, it has successfully established itself as a regional player in this field, supported by a team of over 400 engineers, technicians, and administrators, and a customer base exceeding 4,523 clients both inside and outside Egypt. Its total sales have surpassed $100 million.
