WideBot and Simplex Partner to Power Smart Transformation in Manufacturing

Through this partnership, WideBot will provide its solutions based on the AQL Large Language Model. This will enable Simplex to create a smarter and smoother communication experience for its customers by improving response times and enhancing interaction quality, ultimately supporting operational efficiency and boosting customer experience. WideBot offers AI solutions tailored for governments and businesses in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, focusing on improving operational processes, developing customer experience, and fostering innovation through generative AI technologies. This partnership also aligns with Simplex's ongoing industrial expansion, following the inauguration of its latest factory in 10th of Ramadan City. This new facility spans 40,000 square meters and involved investments totaling $50 million. Simplex is a prominent Egyptian startup specializing in the assembly and manufacturing of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. Over the past years, it has successfully established itself as a regional player in this field, supported by a team of over 400 engineers, technicians, and administrators, and a customer base exceeding 4,523 clients both inside and outside Egypt. Its total sales have surpassed $100 million.
