UAE startups are really stepping up their game, expanding their reach into global markets. They're increasingly using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform the real estate sector, making sales more efficient and improving how residential projects are managed. EVoost AI, an Emirati company specializing in AI technologies for real estate tech, has continued its international expansion journey by launching operations in the Romanian market. This makes Romania the sixth market where the company is active. They've achieved this through a strategic partnership with Hercesa Romania, aiming to provide an AI-powered platform to manage and boost sales for residential projects. Entering the Romanian market is a natural extension of EVoost AI's existing presence in the UAE, Spain, Portugal, the United States, and Georgia. This move is all about broadening the reach of their digital solutions in real estate development and making sales and marketing operations more efficient by leveraging AI technologies. Founded in 2024, EVoost AI develops an AI-driven platform designed to help real estate developers significantly improve the sales efficiency of residential units. It does this by analyzing data, automating processes, and enhancing the customer experience, which leads to more accurate decision-making and a faster sales cycle. The company shared that their entry into the Romanian market followed several months of careful preparation. This included integrating local market data into their platform, collaborating with Romanian real estate developers, and establishing a local team to support their operations and grow their presence in the country. Hercesa Romania is EVoost AI's first client in the Romanian market. This developer has an impressive track record, having delivered over 1,200 residential apartments in the capital city of Bucharest. Currently, Hercesa is developing more than 600 residential units across three projects: Stellaris Residencias, Vivenda Prime, and the final phase of the Vivenda Residencias project. This new partnership builds on an existing collaboration between the two companies in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Hercesa was already using EVoost AI's platform to manage sales for their projects there, and now they're expanding this successful cooperation to include their operations in Romania. EVoost AI operates out of the Hub71 ecosystem in Abu Dhabi. Their business model is B2B, meaning they charge real estate developers a setup fee when launching each new project, along with performance-based fees tied to sales results achieved by the platform. The company confirmed that its platform currently supports residential projects with a total value exceeding $3.5 billion across all the markets it operates in. This really highlights their growing global footprint in the real estate technology sector as they continue to use AI to develop digital solutions aimed at improving sales efficiency and customer interaction in various real estate markets.
