Industrial companies are increasingly turning to AI technologies to enhance customer experience and boost operational efficiency, especially as digital solutions become more vital across various sectors.

WideBot, a company specializing in AI solutions, has announced a new partnership with Simplex. This collaboration aims to enhance customer communication systems using AI technologies, coinciding with the grand opening of Simplex's newest factory in 10th of Ramadan City.

Under this partnership, WideBot will provide its solutions based on the AQL Large Language Model. This will enable Simplex to create a smarter and smoother customer communication experience by improving response times and enhancing interaction quality, ultimately boosting operational efficiency and enriching customer experience.

WideBot offers AI solutions tailored for governments and businesses across the Middle East and North Africa region. Their goal is to improve operational processes, develop customer experiences, and foster innovation by leveraging generative AI technologies.

This partnership comes as Simplex continues its industrial expansion, having recently opened its latest factory in 10th of Ramadan City. This new facility spans 40,000 square meters and represents an investment of $50 million.

Simplex is recognized as one of Egypt's leading emerging companies specializing in the assembly and manufacturing of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. Over the past years, it has successfully established itself as a regional player in this field, supported by a team of over 400 engineers, technicians, and administrators. With a customer base exceeding 4,523 clients both inside and outside Egypt, its total sales have surpassed $100 million.
