This building is located on the central axis within the Government District of the New Administrative Capital. This move aims to maximize returns from real estate assets by bringing in specialized expertise in smart operations. The agreement was signed in the presence of Eng. Under the contract, Raya Smart Buildings will serve as the exclusive agent for managing and operating the building. This includes leasing administrative units and overseeing services and facilities, all according to professional operating standards designed to boost performance efficiency and improve service quality within the Government District.
