The National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has just released its regular report on fixed internet service customer complaints for the second half of 2025. The report shows an average of 355 complaints per 100,000 subscribers. It also highlighted that operators responded to 98% of complaints escalated to the NTRA, with an average response time of just 0.80 days.
The Four Mobile Companies
The four mobile companies showed varying results when it came to complaint rates and response speed. WE topped the list for the fewest complaints, with a rate of 198 complaints per 100,000 subscribers. They also achieved a 98% response rate, with an average response time of 1.7 days.Vodafone
On the other hand, Vodafone recorded 753 complaints per 100,000 subscribers. However, they achieved a perfect 100% response rate for escalated complaints, with an incredibly fast average response time of only 0.02 days.Orange
As for Orange, their complaint rate was 1452 complaints per 100,000 subscribers. They managed a 97% response rate, with an average response time of 0.05 days.e&
e& recorded 1286 complaints per 100,000 subscribers, boasting a 100% response rate and an average response time of 0.02 days. This really shows their high efficiency in handling customer complaints. Overall, the report highlights the different performance levels of companies in fixed internet service quality.
