Good news for internet users in Egypt! A new report from the National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) shows that WE has the lowest number of fixed internet complaints, with only 198 complaints per 100,000 subscribers. Meanwhile, Vodafone and e& are recognized for their super-fast response times to customer issues, according to the 2025 Telecom Report.
