Abu Dhabi's EVoost AI Expands Global Reach, Bringing AI Real Estate Tech to Romania

UAE startups are really stepping up their game, expanding their reach into global markets. They're increasingly using artificial intelligence (AI) to revolutionize the real estate sector, making sales more efficient and managing residential projects better. One fantastic example is EVoost AI, an Emirati company that's all about using AI for real estate technology. They've just continued their international growth by launching operations in Romania, making it their sixth active market! This exciting move comes through a strategic partnership with Hercesa Romania. Together, they'll be using EVoost AI's platform, powered by AI, to manage and boost sales for residential projects. Entering the Romanian market is a natural extension of EVoost AI's existing presence in the UAE, Spain, Portugal, the United States, and Georgia. This step is all about spreading their digital solutions further within the real estate development sector and making sales and marketing operations super efficient with the help of AI. EVoost AI, founded in 2024, has developed an amazing AI-powered platform designed to help real estate developers sell residential units more effectively. How? By analyzing data, automating processes, and making the customer experience even better. This all leads to more accurate decisions and a faster sales cycle. The company shared that their entry into the Romanian market wasn't a quick decision; it came after several months of careful preparation. This included integrating local market data into their platform, collaborating with Romanian real estate developers, and even setting up a local team to support their operations and grow their presence across the country. Hercesa Romania is EVoost AI's very first client in the Romanian market. This developer has an impressive track record, having already delivered over 1,200 residential apartments in Bucharest. Plus, they're currently busy developing more than 600 residential units across three exciting projects: Stellaris Residencias, Vivenda Prime, and the final phase of Vivenda Residencias. This new partnership actually builds on an existing collaboration between EVoost AI and Hercesa in both the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Hercesa was already using EVoost AI's platform to manage sales for their projects there, and now they're expanding that successful partnership to include their operations in Romania. EVoost AI operates out of the vibrant Hub71 ecosystem in Abu Dhabi. Their business model is designed for companies, charging real estate developers a setup fee when they launch a new project, along with performance-based fees tied to the sales results achieved by the platform. The company proudly shared that its platform currently supports residential projects with a total value exceeding $3.5 billion across all the markets they operate in. This really highlights their growing global presence in the real estate technology sector. They're continuously leveraging AI to develop innovative digital solutions aimed at making sales operations more efficient and improving customer interaction across various real estate markets.
