Rentify Pay: Rentify's New AI Platform is Changing How We Rent in the UAE

Rentify, a leading company in financial and real estate technology, announced today the launch of 'Rentify Pay,' the UAE's first AI-powered infrastructure layer specifically for rentals. This launch marks a significant step forward for the company, moving beyond its 'rent now, pay later' service to become a complete platform that digitizes and simplifies the entire rental ecosystem for tenants, landlords, and property managers. In the UAE, where tenants and long-term residents make up the majority, rent is often the biggest regular financial commitment for most families. Since its start, Rentify has offered flexible payment solutions for over 10,000 residential units, adding value for both sides. Tenants benefit from savings and earning rewards, while landlords receive upfront payments with reduced risk. This new launch also aligns perfectly with the UAE Vision 2031 goals, which aim to establish the country as a top global destination for quality of life through advanced digital services. Rashid Harib, Co-founder and CEO of Rentify, shared, "Rentify began by rethinking how rent is paid. With Rentify Pay, we're reshaping the very concept of rent itself. In a market where rent is a fundamental part of daily life, infrastructure is absolutely crucial." He added, "This is what we're building. Our goal is to transform rent from a fragmented, manual process into a seamless, digital system that works smartly in the background. Our ambition goes beyond just payments; we aim to reshape how the rental market operates in the UAE, giving tenants more control and value, and providing landlords with certainty, transparency, and trust. Rentify Pay represents our shift from tackling a specific challenge to building the backbone of a smarter rental economy." Rajneel Kumar, Co-founder and COO of Rentify, also commented, "The launch of Rentify Pay is the result of two years of hard work and growth, along with extensive conversations with landlords and tenants across the country. The challenges were clear: fragmented payments, limited visibility, and unnecessary friction within a system that should ideally run smoothly. We chose to get ahead of the curve by developing Rentify Pay, which brings together payments, records, and instant insights into one AI-powered platform." Rentify Pay offers a comprehensive and seamless end-to-end rental payment experience, powered by AI automation and designed to match the real behavior of the rental market. The platform also redefines the relationship between landlords and tenants by removing traditional pain points that cause stress and inefficiency. By digitizing payments, automating communication, and providing flexibility when it matters most, it transforms the relationship from a transactional one into long-term trust. Future plans include expanding to cover service and utility fees, boosting automation levels, launching virtual accounts linked to each unit, integrating the real estate broker community, and developing advanced smart tools for managing landlord property portfolios. Rentify Pay also gives tenants tangible living benefits by offering rewards on eligible payments through Rentify's network of over 200 rewards partners, including top dining and retail brands. This adds daily value to an essential expense. Plus, Rentify is offering the service free to landlords for the first year, to support their smooth transition to this new system.
