Speaking at the CAISEC 2026 Information Security and Cybersecurity Conference, he added that Egypt has made amazing progress in digital transformation over the past few years. We're continuing to play a crucial role in boosting the digital economy, developing our talented people, and cementing our place as a regional hub for digital services, all thanks to the leadership of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. He pointed out that the CAISEC conference and exhibition is super important because it's a special platform for staying on top of the latest in cybersecurity and digital security. This helps protect all the great things we've achieved through digital transformation and makes everyone more aware of how vital information security is. He stressed that people are always our first line of defense against cyber threats. Mohamed El-Mufti also revealed that ICT Misr has successfully expanded regionally and has ambitious plans to grow into African markets and Gulf Arab states. He reaffirmed the company's strong belief in its role as a leader in driving digital transformation across various sectors. He added that as we rely more and more on technology, cybersecurity has become more critical than ever. He stressed that investing in the future isn't just about new tech; it starts with investing in people, because they are the real power behind all our progress and achievements.
