Salesforce, a global leader in AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) systems, has announced the launch of its Salesforce Headless 360 platform in the Middle East. This new set of features aims to make all Salesforce functionalities available to AI agents, developers, and enterprise systems without needing a user interface.
Salesforce Platform
This launch marks a significant shift in how the Salesforce platform can be accessed and used. While software previously required human interaction through control panels, Headless 360 unlocks Salesforce's full potential through APIs, model context protocol tools, and command-line interface commands. This allows AI agents to access data, workflows, and business logic directly and in real-time.Artificial Intelligence
For leading organizations adopting AI in the Middle East, the Headless 360 platform offers three key benefits. It provides over 60 new model context protocol tools and 30 pre-built programming skills, giving development teams and AI programming agents direct and complete access to the Salesforce platform through popular tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex. The Agentforce experience also introduces a new user interface service that separates an agent's function from its appearance, allowing rich interactive components to be displayed across Slack, mobile phones, and any client supporting model context protocol applications. Furthermore, a new suite of governance and testing tools, including the Test Center, custom score evaluations, Agent Script, and Agent Fabric dashboard, gives organizations the control and monitoring needed to run AI agents efficiently and at scale. These three features are built upon the same trusted data, workflow, and compliance infrastructure already integrated into Salesforce. This means organizations across the region can rely on agents that use existing permissions, business rules, and integrations without needing to rebuild them from scratch. Commenting on the launch, Mohammed Al Khotani, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Salesforce Middle East, said: "The Middle East is home to some of the world's most ambitious digital transformation programs, and organizations here are implementing them on a massive scale. Headless 360 provides these organizations with the essential infrastructure they need to move forward confidently. The effectiveness of agents depends on the efficiency of the platform they operate on, and Salesforce brings together data, workflows, trust levels, and interaction capabilities that no other vendor offers in a single integrated system."Salesforce Applications
AgentExchange, Salesforce's unified marketplace, brings together over 10,000 Salesforce apps, 2,600 Slack apps, and 1,000 model context protocol agents, tools, and servers from partners like Google, DocuSign, and Notion. These can be discovered through AI-powered search and activated in a single step. The features of Salesforce Headless 360 are available now, with additional options, including the Test Center and Salesforce Catalog, scheduled for release in mid-2026.Related editorial
