Telecom Egypt's Assets Soar Past EGP 225 Billion, Powering Ambitious Growth

Telecom Egypt's financial statements for the fiscal year 2025 show a really impressive improvement in their financial standing! This boost comes from strong growth in their asset base, stronger shareholder equity, and a much-improved debt structure. It all points to robust operational performance and a growing ability to support their expansion and investment plans moving forward.

By the end of 2025, the company's total assets hit around EGP 225.88 billion, which is a fantastic jump from EGP 197.90 billion the previous year – that's a 14% annual growth rate! This increase was fueled by current assets growing to EGP 46.17 billion from EGP 42.95 billion, plus a rise in net fixed assets to EGP 119.83 billion compared to EGP 104.14 billion. This clearly shows they're continuing to pour investments into infrastructure and boosting their operational capabilities.

Strengthening the Capital Base

This financial performance also highlights a clear improvement in their capital strength. Shareholder equity soared by 39% to reach EGP 63.69 billion by the end of 2025, up from EGP 45.94 billion the year before. This was largely due to higher retained earnings and better profitability levels.
