CoinMENA B.S.C. (c), which is licensed by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) to offer digital asset trading services across the Middle East, has announced a strategic agreement with Standard Chartered. This move aims to strengthen the cash payment ecosystem for CoinMENA's expanding customer base. This partnership will support client fund management and cash payment services, reflecting the growing collaboration between regulated digital asset platforms and traditional financial institutions in the UAE, especially with the rapid growth of the digital asset sector. Under this agreement, CoinMENA will use Standard Chartered's banking solutions to make deposits and withdrawals easier for its customers. This includes dedicated client money accounts, advanced financial settlement channels, and virtual account transaction management. All of these features will help speed up funding, improve settlement efficiency, and boost transparency. The agreement also supports CoinMENA's plans for expansion and growth by developing liquidity settlement mechanisms with approved global financial institutions and improving how its regulated platform connects with traditional financial systems.
