Infobip, the global AI-powered cloud communications platform celebrating its twentieth anniversary this month, announced it hosted over a thousand engineers from around the world at its DevDays 2026 event. The goal was to boost competitiveness in AI and understand what it truly means to transform into an AI-first company. The event highlighted how Infobip teams use AI in their daily work to develop personalized and more interactive communication experiences for customers, which in turn strengthens customer loyalty for businesses and brands. Over the past two decades, the company has focused on helping businesses enhance their customer communication channels at scale and across various platforms. During the event, Infobip emphasized that AI is not just a future strategic goal, but an ongoing process already being applied at various levels within the company. AI has become an integral part of its strategy, product development, and global market launch. Izabel Jelenić, Co-founder and Technology Unit Director at Infobip, stated: "We treat AI as an essential part of our institutional approach, and we pay special attention to developing our teams' skills to ensure they have strong foundations that enable us to provide advanced AI solutions to global markets." AgentOS, the intelligent foundation for automated customer interaction management, embodies the company's 'AI-first' approach.
