We're seeing a growing reliance on innovative funding models and partnerships with the private sector to ensure technical education remains sustainable. This is happening because we need new ways to fund education that go beyond traditional budgets. This approach is part of a bigger effort to make resource management more efficient and help educational institutions achieve financial sustainability. In line with this, GIZ Egypt has announced an open call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from local and international companies operating in Egypt. This is a preliminary step for an upcoming tender aimed at developing innovative solutions to boost funding for technical education schools, ultimately supporting the sustainability of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector.
