As part of the ongoing commitment to national projects focused on developing and empowering young Libyan talent, Dr. Oqba Khalifa Haftar, Chairman of the Ru'ya Foundation for Digital Economic Development and Strategic Studies, made a visit to the 'Training 500 Graduates' initiative. This program, which focuses on artificial intelligence, is being carried out under the supervision of the Ru'ya Academy for Leadership and Technology. During his visit, Dr. Oqba Khalifa Haftar observed the progress of the training program and noted how engaged and enthusiastic the participants were. He praised the dedication and ambition of the young Libyans who are eager to learn modern technical skills and keep up with the global digital transformation. In his speech, he emphasized that investing in Libyan youth is the main building block for creating an advanced digital future. He stated, "These young people are Libya's digital future, and investing in their skills is the real investment that will help Libya regain its leadership. The Ru'ya Foundation and its academy will continue to support all development initiatives aimed at developing national experts who can compete both regionally and globally." He also mentioned that the foundation plans to launch a series of specialized initiatives and programs in cybersecurity, data centers, and modern software in the near future. These efforts will help advance digital transformation and boost the knowledge economy in Libya. This initiative is part of the Ru'ya Foundation's broader goal to prepare a skilled technical generation with the expertise needed to help build a sustainable digital future for Libya.
