Wittify, a company specializing in interactive artificial intelligence, has just announced the launch of its complete Wittify AI platform! This is a big step, expanding their services from just AI agents to a unified enterprise system with integrated capabilities designed to meet all sorts of organizational needs. The company shared that this new platform isn't just for managing conversations, qualifying leads, booking meetings, or automating interactions across different channels. It also includes a whole suite of tools and products specifically made for modern businesses, content creators, and media teams. A key focus is meeting the unique needs of Arab organizations and providing AI solutions that can easily integrate with various workflows. Nader Al-Batrawi, Founder and CEO of Wittify.ai, explained the vision: 'When we first launched Wittify, our smart agents were great at managing conversations, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and automating interactions across channels.' He added, 'But we always believed that enterprise AI should go beyond that. So, we didn't just build more agents; we built a comprehensive AI platform. Today, Wittify isn't just a product; it's the foundation our region's organizations need to confidently deploy AI.' The company also revealed four exciting new products within the platform. The first is 'Call Center Quality Monitoring,' which automatically analyzes and evaluates all customer interactions, whether through voice calls or text chats. It helps monitor the performance of both AI agents and human employees, spot compliance risks, measure overall performance, and extract valuable training insights – all without needing manual reviews. Next up is the 'Conversation with Documents' product. This system cleverly combines RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Text-to-SQL technologies, allowing organizations to interact with their documents and live databases right within their own infrastructure. This system lets users create reports, tables, graphs, and charts based on different queries, all while providing documented references and maintaining data sovereignty. Among the new releases is 'Faheem,' a voice-to-text engine. Wittify describes it as a specialized engine for Arabic and multilingual audio, trained on over 100 languages and dialects. Faheem offers instant transcription capabilities with a super-fast response time of less than 300 milliseconds, along with speaker separation and support for switching between Arabic and English. The company also announced 'Faseeh,' a text-to-speech engine that supports over 100 languages and dialects. It's built using models trained on native speakers. Faseeh provides features for creating custom brand voices, complete with tools to control tone and vocal expression to suit various uses. Wittify emphasized that the new platform aims to empower organizations to use AI across all their operational processes, from managing customer interactions to analyzing data and producing audio content. It's all part of a unified environment that supports integration with existing systems and meets the specific requirements of organizations in the region.
