Valu, a leading fintech company in Egypt, has teamed up with Dubai Phone, a prominent electronics retailer, to launch a new strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to offer a fully digital account activation experience for Valu, allowing customers to create an account, make purchases, and pay directly through the Dubai Phone app, all without any paperwork or branch visits.

This new experience lets customers who aren't yet registered with Valu activate their accounts instantly and easily. They can get flexible, real-time payment solutions using just their national ID card, all through a completely digital system that uses advanced technologies for electronic verification and e-signatures for "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures.

The partnership allows customers to browse products on the Dubai Phone app and choose Valu as their payment method at checkout. New users are automatically guided through a smooth registration process within the app, ensuring a seamless, instant purchase without any interruptions or complications.

This initiative highlights Valu's commitment to expanding its embedded finance ecosystem and enhancing its ability to provide smoother financial services. It also supports financial inclusion efforts in Egypt by offering flexible financing solutions to a wider range of customers through a fully integrated digital experience.

He emphasized that this move supports Dubai Phone's strategy to develop its digital ecosystem and offer innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

This partnership comes as Dubai Phone boasts over 19 years of experience and operates a network of more than 22 branches across Egypt and Dubai. The company continues to enhance its digital capabilities as part of its expansion plan, while the partnership with Valu represents a strategic move to directly integrate financial solutions into the retail experience.
