He is the Founder and General Partner at M Empire Angels Fund, which has invested in over 200 startups across more than 30 countries. Dr. Ghoneima is a prominent figure in Egypt's entrepreneurship ecosystem, blending advanced engineering, academia, and policy-making to support high-potential founders. He also serves as a Professor of Mechatronics at Ain Shams University, where he founded the university's Innovation Hub (ASU Innovation Hub – iHub).
