Medhat Yassin, a business development and institutional transformation consultant, shared that successful marketing campaigns really depend on how efficient a company's internal operations are. He stressed that "if a company is messy on the inside, all the marketing campaigns in the world won't help you sell anything." Medhat Yassin also mentioned on LinkedIn that marketing truly begins inside the company and finishes with the customer. He strongly emphasized that any issues with operations, frustrated team members, or inconsistent quality will cause even the best ad campaigns to attract customers who will quickly notice the disorganization. Medhat Yassin further explained that getting your company's internal affairs in order is actually the most powerful long-term marketing investment. He pointed out three key steps to focus on for creating a complete customer experience: first, solving any internal operational problems; second, documenting all processes and procedures to make sure performance is consistent; and third, building the customer experience (the 'Experience') before you even start focusing on building your brand (the 'Brand').
