Mazien's AI Platform for Beauty Salons Shows Impressive Growth in First 6 Months

As the beauty sector increasingly embraces digital solutions, specialized companies are developing platforms that use artificial intelligence and data analytics to help salon owners manage their businesses more efficiently. This clearly shows the accelerating pace of digital transformation within the industry. In line with this trend, Mazien, a SaaS platform focused on developing management systems for beauty salons, has announced its operational results for its first six months. These results highlight the growing reliance of salon owners on specialized tech solutions to run their businesses. During this period, the company reported processing over 100,000 transactions, with a total transaction value exceeding 120 million Egyptian Pounds. Mazien also helped manage more than 5,000 work shifts, accounting for over 85,000 operating hours through its cashier and operations management system. Mazien explained that its AI-powered platform was designed to meet the specific needs of the beauty salon sector. It integrates booking, staff, customer, service, inventory, payments, reports, and smart monitoring dashboards all into one platform. This gives business owners a comprehensive view of their performance and supports data-driven decision-making. Abdel Rahman Bilal, Co-founder and CEO of Mazien, stated that since its launch, the company has aimed to develop a management system that truly understands the nature of beauty salon operations, rather than just a booking or invoicing program. He noted that the results from the first six months confirm they are moving in the right direction, and they will continue to develop the platform. The company also added that over 60% of the total transaction value processed through the platform was completed using electronic payment methods. Mazien sees this as a clear indicator of the growing reliance on digital solutions within the beauty sector. Mazien affirmed its commitment to continue investing in product development and AI technologies, aiming to empower salon owners to manage their businesses more efficiently. The company announced its next goal is to exceed 1 billion Egyptian Pounds in Gross Services Value (GSV) as part of its plan to build a specialized platform for managing beauty sector businesses in Egypt and the wider region.
