Majed Jibreel suggests an alternative strategy to direct confrontation, one that focuses on involving the team in the "building process": Avoid pre-packaged solutions: Don't give your team 100% complete solutions where they have no role. Leave room for a personal touch: Give them the "basic pieces" and let them freely design part of the system themselves. From execution to partnership: Make them partners in designing procedures, not just implementers. Jibreel continued his vision: "Once employees put their personal stamp on it, the system transforms from 'a decision imposed on them' into 'their own project' that they will fight to make successful."
