Integrated Modern Solutions for Finance joining the BNPL market is a significant new addition to the FinTech landscape. What's interesting is that it's a fully-owned subsidiary of Al Moammar Information Systems. The company secured its license after meeting all the necessary regulatory requirements and also rebranded its identity. It was previously known as "Al Tamayuz for Application Solutions for Information Technology" before adopting its new name. They've increased their capital from 10 million Saudi Riyals to 65 million Saudi Riyals.
