The Kingdom of Bahrain is gearing up to host the fourth edition of the Future of FinTech Forum 2026, scheduled for October 7-8 next year at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre. This significant event will welcome financial, investment, regulatory, and technology leaders from Bahrain, the wider region, and global markets. They'll be coming together to explore the major shifts reshaping the future of financial services and to discover new investment and collaboration opportunities linked to financial innovation. This forum holds special importance as Bahrain's financial services sector continues to solidify its position as a key engine for the national economy. It contributes more than 17% to the Kingdom's Gross Domestic Product (GDP)! The sector's robust ecosystem is built on an advanced legislative framework and a strong public-private partnership, which together foster stability and open doors for innovation. The Economic Development Board (EDB) Bahrain is organizing the forum, with fantastic support from the Central Bank of Bahrain and Bahrain FinTech Bay. Forbes Middle East is taking the lead in developing the forum's program and agenda.
