Egypt's SME Agency Teams Up with Global Entrepreneurship Festival to Fuel Innovation and Exports

The official announcement conference for Egypt hosting the third edition of the Global Entrepreneurship Festival saw the signing of a strategic partnership agreement. This agreement was between the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA) and the Festival's Partnerships Management. The goal is to collaborate on organizing and hosting the global edition of the event in Cairo from November 6 to 8, 2026, under the patronage of the Prime Minister. Dr. Joy Smart, Director of Partnerships at the Global Entrepreneurship Festival, and Basil Rahmy, CEO of MSMEDA, signed the agreement. This move aims to boost Egypt's position as a regional and international hub for entrepreneurship, innovation, and investment. It also supports the SME ecosystem and connects Egyptian entrepreneurs with investor networks, funding institutions, and global markets.
