The Ministry of Finance announced the launch of the first electronic application dedicated to real estate tax services. This move aims to make procedures easier for citizens, allowing them to complete various tax transactions digitally without needing to visit tax offices. Ahmed Kojok, the Minister of Finance, stated that the new app lets users submit real estate tax declarations, pay outstanding debts, make advance payments, and even apply for exemptions for their family's primary residence electronically. Digital payment receipts are also now officially recognized within this new system.
