The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has signed a cooperation protocol with Obelisque International. The main goal is to train young Egyptians and prepare them for the job market by blending academic learning with practical application in various advanced technology fields. Top leaders from both organizations attended the signing ceremony. This protocol aims to boost graduates' skills and qualify them for the job market through specialized training programs in areas like .NET Core, backend development, and artificial intelligence. This initiative is part of the "Digital Egypt Youth Initiative – Ready for Employment Program." On top of that, the partnership includes 120 hours of on-the-job training within the company for each stage of the program. This collaboration also involves practical projects, joint workshops, and creative competitions. These activities are specifically designed to enhance trainees' practical and innovative skills, directly connecting them with the real-world demands of the job market. This move reflects NTI's strong commitment to strengthening its partnerships with leading specialized technology companies. Such collaborations are crucial for preparing qualified digital professionals who possess the practical skills needed for both local and global job markets. It's worth noting that the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) is a leading national entity and one of the key training arms of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT).
