In Benghazi, during the 'Ru'ya Forum for Empowering Digital Initiatives' launched by Dr. Oqba Khalifa Haftar, a strategic partnership agreement was signed. This agreement was between Ru'ya Academy for Leadership and Technology and Al Arab University for Medical and Technology Sciences. With this, the university officially became the first academic partner to join the '300 Libyan Digital Leaders' initiative. Eng. Hamed Mohammed Al-Hudairi, the Executive Director, signed on behalf of the Academy, while Dr. Ghaith Abdullah Al-Sulaimani, Chairman of the Board of Directors, signed for the University. Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman Youssef, the University President, was also present.

Preparing Digital Talent for the Future

This partnership aims to train 300 Libyan digital leaders. They'll go through specialized training programs in advanced technology fields like Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation. The goal is to build a national workforce ready to lead Libya's digital transformation journey and boost its technological development.

Supporting Digital Transformation in Libya

Both parties emphasized that this partnership is a crucial step towards strengthening cooperation between academic institutions and digital initiatives. This will help build national capabilities and prepare a new generation of digital leaders who can keep up with rapid technological advancements. The agreement also marks the first step in expanding collaboration with other academic institutions and new partners. This will further boost digital transformation efforts and solidify technology and innovation as key pillars for Libya's development. Ru'ya Academy for Leadership and Technology continues its dedication to building a digital generation that will lead the future and meet the demands of the modern digital economy.
