Morsi also pointed out that bringing AI into the mix isn't just for design. It also brings direct financial benefits by cutting down on operating and maintenance costs, making energy use more efficient, and boosting environmental sustainability. He added that these technologies also help speed up how quickly projects get done and make the experience better for people living in new urban areas. This makes the real estate sector more appealing in both local and regional markets. He stressed that AI is now a key tool not just for developers, but also for government bodies, especially when they're working on big national projects and new cities.
