The Digital Government Authority (DGA) has announced the launch of the fifth cycle of its Digital Experience Maturity Index for Government Services 2026. This initiative aims to measure and evaluate the quality and efficiency of government digital platforms and services. Sixty-one digital platforms, chosen based on specific criteria, are participating in the index. They will be assessed across 4 main perspectives and 20 key areas, including beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaint handling, and the technologies and tools used.
