National Advertising Authority Launches Digital Platform for Better Services and Public Engagement

The National Authority for Regulating Advertisements on Public Roads, which is part of the Prime Minister's Office, has just launched an exciting new digital platform! This platform aims to really boost the services offered to citizens, investors, and everyone working in the advertising sector. It's all part of the Authority's big digital transformation plan to make online interactions much more efficient. The platform is designed to be a single, easy-to-use digital channel for connecting with all stakeholders. This will help improve how services are delivered and streamline the procedures for the public road advertising sector, all while sticking to the established rules and regulations.

Easily Submit Complaints Online and Boost Engagement with Stakeholders

Eng. Iman Nabil, the CEO of the Authority, shared that the first phase of the platform lets advertising companies and agencies submit complaints through a direct, official channel. This means requests can be reviewed quickly and handled more efficiently, following approved procedures. She also added that citizens can use the platform to send in their complaints, suggestions, and questions electronically. This really strengthens how the Authority connects with them and helps use their feedback to improve how public road advertising is regulated.

An Informative and Service-Oriented Platform for the Advertising Sector

Nabil explained that the platform includes various sections that are both informative and service-oriented. These sections highlight the Authority's responsibilities, goals, and vision. Plus, it provides all the important information about the laws, regulations, and decisions that govern the public road advertising sector. The platform also lets users check out the Authority's official guide and keep up with news and media statements. It's designed to be a go-to digital source for everything related to the sector and the people who work in it.

New Online Licensing Services to Cut Down Processing Times

The CEO also mentioned that work is ongoing to add even more electronic services to the platform, which will be rolled out gradually. One of the most important upcoming services is the ability to submit applications for public road advertising licenses and track their progress online. She emphasized that expanding these digital services aims to simplify procedures, cut down the time it takes to complete transactions, and make the user experience much better. This will really support investors and advertisers and help boost the Authority's overall institutional efficiency. Nabil stressed that developing this platform is an ongoing journey. The Authority plans to keep adding new electronic services step by step, aligning perfectly with the nation's push to build a fully digital government system and improve the quality of services for both citizens and businesses.
