Join Egypt's Digital Youth Initiative: Free Tech Training & High Employment Rates

Hey everyone! The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has announced that applications are now open for a new batch of its "Digital Egypt Youth – Ready for Employment" initiative. This four-month program is designed to prepare recent university graduates for the modern job market by offering a free training program that combines technical skills with hands-on experience within companies.

A Training Program That Connects Education with the Job Market

This initiative is one of Egypt's leading national programs focused on training for employment. It uses a comprehensive training system that blends advanced technical studies with practical company training. This approach helps bridge the gap between academic learning and the real needs of the job market, making young people more ready for future jobs. The program is built on specialized scientific content, practical applications, and direct interaction with companies. This ensures that participants develop the technical and practical skills needed to keep up with the fast-changing demands of the job market. In line with this, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, through the NTI, continues to improve the initiative. They're updating training paths and expanding partnerships with the private sector to keep pace with rapid developments in the technology sector. This also helps boost employment opportunities for young people both inside and outside Egypt, supporting the nation's efforts to build a knowledge-based digital economy.

6 Training Tracks and Partnerships with Over 90 Companies

The initiative offers completely free training in six key technology specializations: Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevOps Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, and Electronics and Embedded Systems. This program includes practical training led by top experts and specialists. It also focuses on developing personal skills, English language proficiency, and business skills. Plus, there's a full month of field training (120 hours) within companies, which really helps trainees get ready to jump into a professional work environment. The initiative relies on strategic partnerships with over 90 local and international companies specializing in the communications and information technology sector, providing real opportunities for training and employment.

Employment Rate Exceeds 91%

The results from previous batches have been incredibly successful, with an employment rate exceeding 91.22%. In some training tracks, it even reached 100%! This clearly shows how well the program aligns with the needs of both local and international job markets. The initiative targets university graduates from the last five years and even provides transportation from several key locations to make it easier for trainees to participate. Applications are open until July 11, 2026, and the training program is set to begin on July 25, 2026. If you're interested in joining, you can register through the dedicated application link: National Telecommunication Institute (NTI).
