In a move that highlights the growing trend among financial leasing companies to diversify their funding tools and boost their expansion capabilities, the International Company for Financial Leasing, "Incolis," has announced a significant step. Working with Al Ahly Pharos for Securities Promotion and Underwriting, and Zilla Capital for Financial Investments as financial advisors and arrangers, Incolis is starting to study and arrange a Sukuk issuance program. This program will be structured in tranches over three years, with a maximum total value of EGP 20 billion. This initiative is part of a broader strategy by Incolis to restructure its funding sources. This will give the company more flexibility to support its growth and expansion plans in the coming period, using non-banking financial tools that align with the rapid developments in capital markets.
