Fawry is continuing to expand its digital services for project financing, all part of its mission to boost financial inclusion and empower entrepreneurs. This comes after they secured new funding, which will help them reach even more businesses across different governorates. Fawry Microfinance, a subsidiary of Fawry for Banking Technology and Electronic Payments, received a financing facility worth 550 million Egyptian Pounds from the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA). This funding is specifically aimed at expanding financing for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) throughout Egypt, according to a company statement.
