Egypt's National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has approved new rules for the operating hours of telecom company sales outlets. This move shows a clear direction towards streamlining operations, aligning with the Egyptian Cabinet's decisions on regulating public shops, all while making sure services continue to be available to everyone. Under these new rules, outlets will operate daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. On Thursdays, hours will be extended until 10 PM. On Fridays, stores will open from 2 PM until 10 PM. This flexible approach aims to meet customer needs, especially during peak times.
