As part of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology's strategy to build digital capabilities, the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has announced a strategic partnership with Roaya Limited Tec and Avalon IT. The main goal is to provide advanced vocational training for graduates of the "Digital Egypt Youth - Ready for Employment" initiative in Alexandria, specifically focusing on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This partnership aims to boost the connection between the academic world and the technology sector. They'll achieve this by designing practical training programs that perfectly match what the job market needs, ultimately making graduates more skilled and increasing their chances of getting hired in specialized tech fields. The program is set to take place at the NTI's premises within the Digital Egypt Innovation Center "Creativa Alexandria." It's designed for software engineering graduates who specialize in ERP, offering intensive hands-on training where participants will work on real-world projects, all guided by experts from both partner companies. The program focuses on giving trainees practical experience and preparing them to work with ERP systems using the latest global standards. It also aims to strengthen their applied skills, making them truly ready to step into actual work environments. This partnership is part of NTI's broader effort to work more closely with the private sector. The private sector is seen as a key partner in building digital capabilities, ensuring continuous skill development, supporting digital transformation, and linking training directly to the needs of both local and international job markets.
