Egypt's Ministry of Youth and Sports Launches 'Be a Creative Entrepreneur' Initiative: Apply Now!

The Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports, in partnership with the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation, has just announced the launch of the “Be a Creative Entrepreneur” initiative! They're inviting everyone interested to register through a special online form. This whole program is designed to support and encourage young entrepreneurs and help them grow their innovative projects.

This initiative aims to give participants a bunch of cool benefits. These include professional training in entrepreneurship and innovation, along with expert evaluation and judging of submitted ideas by specialized committees. You'll also get opportunities to network with supporting organizations and investors, plus ongoing follow-up and support for your projects even after the training ends, to make sure they're sustainable.

Oh, and there's more! The initiative will select the top five projects across Egypt to receive financial support. Plus, all participants will get rewards at the end of the 20-day training period.

The initiative is split into several stages. The first stage lasts for 20 days and happens online using the Microsoft Teams platform. By the end of this stage, the top 200 projects will be chosen to move on to the second phase.

Then comes the second stage, which is a training camp where projects will be developed further. After that, the top 40 projects will qualify for the third stage.

In the third and final stage, these top 40 projects will receive intensive training at Nile University. This will lead to the selection of the top 10 projects, which will then receive the dedicated financial support from the initiative.

The Ministry has set a few conditions for joining. Your project idea needs to be in one of these fields: industrial, agricultural, commercial, or technological. Applicants should be between 20 and 35 years old, and it's preferred that you're a university graduate. For male applicants, you'll need to provide proof of your military service status, and everyone must commit to full-time dedication throughout the initiative's duration.

The Ministry is encouraging all interested individuals to fill out the application form via this link

Finally, the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports wants to remind everyone that applications that don't meet the specified conditions won't be considered, so make sure everything is in order!
