The Public Prosecution has announced the start of the first phase of its 'Premium Offices,' designed to provide services to citizens and lawyers outside regular prosecution offices during evening hours, specifically from 4 PM to 9 PM. This initiative is a collaboration with Orange Egypt. These offices are available in several locations. In Cairo Governorate, you can find them at the Madinaty branch in Open Air Mall and the Maadi branch on Wireless Street. In Giza Governorate, services are offered at the Mohandessin branch, located next to Zamalek Club. For Alexandria Governorate, offices are situated in San Stefano Mall in the El Raml area, as well as the Ibrahimia branch on El Horreya Road. The Premium Offices allow citizens and lawyers to register family lawsuits and inheritance declarations. They also facilitate obtaining copies and certificates from family cases, in addition to issuing and certifying personal status documents. The Public Prosecution emphasized that this initiative is a significant step forward, aiming to ease congestion within traditional prosecution offices, speed up procedures, and enhance access to services, all contributing to greater citizen satisfaction.
