The company achieved strong growth in revenues and profits, supported by the positive performance of its various operating sectors and the continued expansion of digital payment services, cloud computing, and integrated technological solutions.
Revenues Grow to EGP 2.247 Billion
The group revealed a 38.8% annual increase in total consolidated revenues, reaching EGP 2.247 billion during the first quarter of 2026, compared to EGP 1.619 billion in the same period of 2025. This growth was driven by the strong performance across all operating segments. Operating profits before taxes, interest, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) also rose by 50.4% to EGP 1.213 billion, up from EGP 806.3 million in the same period last year. The operating profit margin grew to 54.0% compared to 49.8%. Meanwhile, net profit after minority interests climbed by 42.3% annually to EGP 856.9 million in Q1 2026, compared to EGP 602.3 million in the corresponding period of 2025. The net profit margin increased to 38.1% from 37.2%. After adding the non-cash expense provision for the employee incentive and reward scheme, adjusted net profit surged by 52.7% to EGP 960.6 million, compared to EGP 629.3 million in the comparative period.
