This involves understanding the needs of both sides and translating scientific innovations into economic opportunities and growth-ready startups. He also mentioned that the absence of this bridge in many regional markets leads to the loss of significant investment and economic opportunities, even though these markets have qualified engineering and research talent capable of developing advanced technologies. El-Awamry noted that in the coming period, he will address several issues related to the Deep Tech sector. These include why many research projects don't reach the commercialization stage, the mechanisms for building tech companies based on scientific innovation, and the promising opportunities this sector offers in the region.
