dopay, a company specializing in digital payroll and financial services for employees, has announced its plan to expand its branch network across various governorates in Egypt. The goal is to make financial services more accessible for employees and speed up the process of receiving and activating their cards. This move strongly supports Egypt's efforts towards financial inclusion and digital transformation.
This expansion comes as a direct response to the needs of companies managing geographically dispersed workforces. For these businesses, quickly onboarding new employees, delivering cards, and replacing them are major operational challenges, especially in sectors with a high number of workers.
Through an integrated operating system that combines technology, on-the-ground field services, and continuous support from customer service teams and corporate client success managers, along with ongoing operational processes, dopay continues to enhance its services. This ensures employees receive financial services faster, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and security.
Ahmed Nasef, dopay's Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, commented on this, saying, "Financial inclusion isn't just about developing technology; it's about making sure services reach people at the right time and in the right place. By expanding our branch network, we aim to remove any operational hurdles that companies or employees might face, offering a faster, easier, and more flexible experience."
He added, "We constantly listen to our customers and develop our services based on their actual needs. We've seen how important it is to have service branches closer to employees to speed up card collection and activation, and to support companies with workforces spread across different governorates. That's why we continue to invest in building a comprehensive, continuously operating system to support our clients and their employees."
The company has already started operating branches in key locations, including Greater Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Mansoura, and Tanta, with plans for further expansion in the coming period.
dopay also aims to grow its branch network to approximately 26 branches by the end of the year, which will significantly boost its ability to serve companies and employees throughout the entire Republic.
To make the employee experience even smoother, dopay has also updated its employee app to include a branch locator feature. This allows users to easily find their nearest branch, check operating hours and available services, and get directions.
This new feature is designed to improve the user experience, reduce inquiries about branch locations, and simplify services like collecting new cards, replacing damaged or lost ones, and quickly accessing support and various other services when needed.
Through this expansion, both with its physical branch network and digital services within the app, dopay continues to enhance access to digital financial services for a greater number of employees and companies. This contributes to supporting the state's efforts towards promoting financial inclusion and transitioning to a more inclusive and sustainable digital economy.
