Diamond CEO Hatem Al-Qadi Unveils Strategy to Navigate Geopolitical and AI Pressures

Diamond company held an extensive online meeting, bringing together its global teams across different time zones. During this meeting, Eng. Hatem Al-Qadi, the company's Founder, CEO, and innovator behind the THAKAA AI decision support system, led a comprehensive review and open discussion about the company's operations and future amidst current geopolitical crises and economic pressures.

Al-Qadi emphasized that traditional management is no longer sufficient to face today's reality. He pointed out that an ordinary CEO only looks at numbers and indicators, while a true founder and leader must seek out hidden opportunities amidst challenges and build upon them.

He noted that the current global situation gives many companies reasons to freeze in fear of wars, recessions, or the radical changes imposed by artificial intelligence. However, the real question to ask is what can be built and developed starting from this very moment.

The meeting included a precise analysis of the risk map facing the company, which was divided into three main axes: external pressures related to global politics and economics, intermediary risks concerning intensifying competition in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) market, and internal challenges entirely under the company's control.

In this context, Al-Qadi stressed the importance of not allowing external noise to turn into internal paralysis that hinders progress. He affirmed that fear cannot be a business management strategy because it slows down movement, closes off thinking, and prevents seeing available opportunities.

Al-Qadi explained that a successful team is not one that pretends crises don't exist or ignores the risks of AI displacing some jobs. Instead, it's a team that has the courage to clearly name risks, determine how to deal with them, and then move forward with implementation with productivity and discipline.

The meeting also addressed the most prominent internal battles faced by growing technology companies: achieving a balance between the efficiency of product development and its market execution. Al-Qadi stated that possessing an advanced AI system like THAKAA means nothing if it's not accompanied by strict execution in sales, customer service, and internal harmony.

He directed the development of a clear matrix for authorities and approvals to speed up decision-making, deepen documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure business continuity, and rely on real performance indicators that reflect actual progress, away from illusory figures.

Al-Qadi highlighted that the THAKAA system was specifically designed to empower leaders to make confident decisions. It does this by providing immediate, comprehensive executive insights into financial sectors, supply chains, and human resources through virtual AI agents that offer logic-backed analyses and recommendations. This makes it the ideal tool for connecting geopolitical variables and market data on a single platform, ensuring the superiority of companies capable of clear vision and rapid action.
