Ahmed Hamouda, co-founder of Thndr, shared his personal journey, stressing that artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are now available to everyone at a low cost and across various fields of work. During his participation in the "Start 2026 Summit" in a session titled "From Classrooms to Leadership Seats," moderated by media personality Ramy Radwan, he emphasized that true investment begins with education, diligence, and making good use of time. These, he noted, are the most important ingredients for achieving success and reaching your goals. The "Start 2026" event took place at the Grand Egyptian Museum, under the patronage of Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity. It was organized by the Ministry's Social Solidarity Units Project in Universities, with wide participation from success partners and sponsors who supported and funded the event. The event saw around 30,000 students from various Egyptian universities participate, alongside over 300 major institutions and private sector companies. This created real opportunities for employment, training, and direct communication between young people and potential employers. The event also featured 70 career counselors offering guidance and career orientation sessions, as well as a dedicated area for workshops aimed at preparing young people for the job market. Furthermore, it provided about 3,000 scholarships for English language studies and job market skill development, in addition to 1,000 scholarships offered by Bank Misr, all supporting efforts to prepare young people and empower them to compete in the job market.
