Ismail joins AFS from Adyen, where he led regional growth and planning efforts for the Middle East and Africa. He brings over 20 years of experience from major global and regional institutions, which gives him a fantastic ability to develop digital payment ecosystems and boost their efficiency in fast-growing markets.

Strategic Responsibilities

Mahmoud Ismail will take on dual strategic responsibilities at Arab Financial Services. He'll be focusing on strengthening and expanding the company's presence in the Egyptian market, while also leading and developing the group's merchant acquiring solutions strategy.
